To ensure the stability of network resources and the proper use of IP resources, the platform offers a public IP replacement service for servers. The specific rules are as follows:
I. IP Replacement Fees
1. Standard IP Replacement
Applicable to:
General replacement requests
Changing the assigned IP range
Network adjustments
Replacements not due to blocking
Fee Schedule:
IPv4 replacement fee: $2 per IP
2. Replacement of Blocked IPs
Applicable to:
IPs blocked by ISPs
IPs blacklisted by target websites/platforms
IPs exhibiting anomalies due to complaints, abuse, or other reasons
Blocked IPs that cannot be used normally
Fee Schedule:
Blocked IP Replacement Fee: $5 per IP
II. Important Notes
After an IP is replaced, the original IP will be immediately reclaimed and cannot be restored.
Replacing an IP will not affect server data, but we recommend backing up important business configurations in advance.
When IP resources are scarce in certain regions or on specific network routes, you may need to wait for allocation.
If an IP is blocked due to violations such as spam, attacks, or abuse, the platform reserves the right to refuse free processing.
We do not guarantee that the replacement IP will be usable for specific services (e.g., TikTok, PayPal, ChatGPT, ad campaigns, etc.).
