New purchases from the Los Angeles data center are eligible for a no-reason refund within 24 hours; new purchases from the Hong Kong data center are eligible for a no-reason refund within 24 hours;
Each user is limited to one refund per month, with a maximum of one server eligible for refund per month;
Refunds cannot be processed after the deadline;
A 5% processing fee applies to withdrawals following a refund.
